EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The Namibia Regional Investment Exhibition 2026 is proposed as a flagship component of the Namibia–Nigeria Trade & Investment Summit 2026, scheduled to take place from 2–4 December 2026 in Windhoek, Republic of Namibia.
The Exhibition is designed exclusively to showcase the investment, trade, tourism, industrial, agricultural, infrastructure and development opportunities of Namibia’s Regional Governments to a high-level audience of Nigerian investors, businesses, financial institutions, project developers, government representatives and strategic partners.
The initiative will provide Namibia’s 14 Regional Councils with dedicated platforms to present their respective economic strengths, priority sectors, investment-ready projects, infrastructure requirements, tourism assets, natural resources and other commercial opportunities.
Unlike a conventional exhibition, the Namibia Regional Investment Exhibition will operate as an Investment Marketplace, with a strong focus on converting regional opportunities into direct investor engagements, business partnerships, project financing, joint ventures and potential investment commitments.
Each participating Region will be encouraged to establish a Regional Investment Pavilion, providing investors with concise information on the Region’s economic profile, competitive advantages, priority investment sectors and specific projects available for investment. Selected flagship projects will also be featured in a centralized Regional Investment Project Gallery.
A key feature of the Exhibition will be the Regional Investment Deal Room and B2G Matchmaking Centre, where Nigerian investors and companies can hold structured meetings with Regional Government representatives and project promoters. These engagements will cover areas such as agriculture, agro-processing, tourism, mining, renewable energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, housing, real estate, logistics and other priority sectors.
The Exhibition will also feature a Namibia Regional Investment Wall, showcasing all participating Regions and their key investment opportunities, as well as a Namibia Regional Investment Directory, providing detailed profiles of participating Regions and selected investment-ready projects.
The programme will be supported by a series of Regional Investment Pitches, Regional Leaders Investment Forum, sector showcases, investor networking sessions, project presentations and partnership/MoU engagements.
The central objective is to create a direct connection between Namibia’s Regional Governments and Nigerian capital, businesses, technology and expertise, while providing Nigerian businesses with opportunities to establish operations, partnerships and investments across Namibia.
Core Investment Proposition
The Exhibition will establish a simple investment pathway:
REGION → PROJECT → INVESTOR → PARTNERSHIP → INVESTMENT → DEVELOPMENT
Through this approach, the Exhibition will move beyond visibility and networking to focus on measurable investment outcomes for Namibia’s Regions.
Expected Outcomes
The Exhibition is expected to generate:
• Increased visibility for Namibia’s Regional investment opportunities;
• Direct engagement between Regional Governments and Nigerian investors;
• New investment leads and project enquiries;
• B2G and B2B partnerships;
• Joint ventures and PPP opportunities;
• Tourism and hospitality investments;
• Agricultural and agro-processing partnerships;
• Industrial and manufacturing investments;
• Infrastructure and real estate partnerships;
• Financing and project-development opportunities;
• Strategic MoUs and commercial agreements; and
• A sustainable post-Summit investment pipeline.
Ultimately, the Namibia Regional Investment Exhibition 2026 will position Namibia’s Regions as investment destinations in their own right, giving each Region the opportunity to directly communicate its competitive advantages and development priorities to an international business and investment audience.
